Cafe Platea invites you to celebrate Valentine’s Day in the charming village of Droushia with a special set menu priced at €55 per person, including a glass of wine.
Starters:
- Fresh seasonal salad served with a selection of homemade house dips.
- Choice of creamy mushroom & truffle soup or gently spiced tomato soup.
- Cheese vol-au-vent — crisp puff pastry filled with melted cheeses and served with homemade jam.
Main Course – Surf & Turf Platter (to share & enjoy):
- Beef fillet medallions in a creamy garlic, mushroom & cheese sauce, finished with a touch of the legendary Cypriot dessert wine Commandaria, or
- Lightly fried calamari.
Also included in the platter:
- Six butterflied king prawns cooked in a creamy garlic & lemon-infused sauce, served on a bed of rice.
- Six mussels topped with a rich creamy garlic sauce.
- Vegetables of the day.
Dessert:
- Homemade hot pudding served warm with vanilla custard.
For an extra touch of indulgence, you may add champagne and lobster thermidor to your platter (price available upon request).
